Each account can have 32. You'll need an additional account for additonal applications. In the unlikely event you need "just one more" slot, please let us know.
How do I get a copy of my key codes?Once you have your application entered in as a product, you can export your keys from the [Key Codes] menu. Be sure to keep your keys in a safe location.
What happens to my customers if I let my account expire?Your subscription is the magic that enables online activation. Customers that try to activate your product will fail until your subscription is renewed.
Will you sell my key codes for me?It's currently under discussion. The web development team is all excited about letting users sell codes via our store online. Management is still a bit put off by the concept of handling sales for other entities. Please drop us a line if you really want this as an option.
Are there code samples?Yes. And we want you to use them to the fullest extent possible. However, in order to protect our users, all samples are restricted to members only. This keeps the majority of the hacking community from "testing" their way to a work-around using our code.
How many key codes can I assign to a product?There's a soft limit at 250,000. If you need more, we recommend our enterprise option for your product. It's a dedicated server, nearly unlimited key codes, etc. Please contact us for details.
